Speaking
As the minister at Unity of New Westminster, I invite people to consider ideas for calm, connected and contented living.
These talks are practical, relevant and non-dogmatic, in plain language, and largely secular.
I encourage people to approach my ideas as if they're at a buffet: if something they hear resonates, that's great.
And if an idea isn't a fit, that's OK too!
